Salary: £24,027 – £24,790 (Actual: £16,308 – £16,826)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking team at a thriving secondary school in Bordon, Hampshire. This is a permanent opportunity starting in September 2025, ideal for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
The Role:
* Support students in and out of the classroom, individually and in small groups.
* Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom activities.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Help students with additional learning needs to engage and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* A caring, patient, and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
* A strong team player with a proactive attitude.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
