Join Our Children’s Residential Care Team and Help Shape Stoke-on-Trent’s Future We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity to join our Small Group Homes within Stoke-on-Trent City Council. We’re looking for dedicated, resilient and values-driven colleagues who are ready to stepup and make a real difference for children with complex needs. The full-time salary is £36,363 - £39,152 (full time) Allowance for weekend working, 12.5% shift allowance and sleep-in payments as determined by home worked in (Allowances will be paid as appropriate which will be reviewed periodically) Hours: Average of 37 hours per week. You will work on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will also be required to sleep in when rostered to do so. In this role, you’ll work as part of a rota, supporting the Registered Manager to run the home and drive positive outcomes for the children in our care. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing leadership team who will invest in your growth from day one through robust induction, quality training and ongoing professional development.
