About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and well-run primary school. You will be working 1-1 and in small groups with students who have varying needs. This role would suit someone who has worked in either a mainstream or SEN setting with primary-aged pupils, ideally at an inner-London school. Previous school-based experience would be desirable, and candidates must be comfortable working with EYFS to KS2.

Ideal Candidate
* Experienced with working with SEND pupils.
* Good behaviour management skills.
* Previous experience working with SEND pupils.
* Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of SEND best practices.
* Eager to support students academically and emotionally.
* Ability to work in a team collaboratively to ensure pupil progression academically and emotionally.
* Understanding of EHCP plans.
