Salary is based on experience however we are very fair and would be open to negotiation.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include regular GPclinics, with inclusion in the duty doctor rota.
We are keen for the successful candidate to be involved with regular audit work and to identify ways to improve patient care. We are also keen tosupport development of our staff as required for the role and benefit to ourpatients.

We are a training practice with 3 GPPartners and 5 salaried GP's who provide the highest possible standard of care toapproximately 12,500 patients.
Job responsibilities
You should be able to work as an autonomouspractitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice patients, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complyingwith the GMS contract.
Furthermore, the post holder willadhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to theeffective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining apositive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
Experience
* Experience of working in a primary care environment
