Base pay range
The Process Analyst works closely with Business Change Managers to understand and accurately process map “as is” and “to be” process flows through an Operational Excellence lens for all transformation-led change. Applies a variety of change management tools and techniques to develop solutions, influence, and deliver transformational change. They will translate future state process flows into approved user guides to ensure business readiness and validate efficient process flow post-handover to BAU. Reporting to the Snr Business Change Manager – Op Excellence, Comms & Implementation, this role influences the design and delivery of all business change initiatives through close collaboration with the wider Business Change Team, BAs, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Accountable for creating and aligning all “as is” and “to be” process flows, including analysis to inform transformation-led change.
2. Manage a Business Change library of documented ‘as is & to be’ process flows.
3. Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to reflect current state processes accurately.
4. Plan and facilitate workshops to identify efficient future state proposals aligned with project objectives and strategic priorities.
5. Identify change gaps between current and future states, recommending improvements for process efficiency.
6. Assess and address unintended impacts of change across functions.
7. Develop SOPs within the approved format for areas of analysis.
8. Complete all relevant templates within the Business Change framework to ensure business readiness at launch.
9. Support the implementation of transformation-led change, ensuring it is on time and within budget.
10. Ensure all change initiatives are accurately implemented and communicated across the business.
11. Schedule and conduct post-implementation reviews to validate that project objectives are met.
This person should have a strong understanding of business processes, expertise in process mapping tools like Visio, and analytical skills to evaluate data and identify inefficiencies. Excellent communication skills and confidence in problem-solving are essential. Project or programme management experience and a demonstrated ability to support change in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
