Responsibilities
The postholder will lead the delivery of all Soft Facilities Management services, encompassing the strategic oversight, operational performance, and contract management of services across the Stoke Mandeville, Amersham and Wycombe sites, as well as the in‑house service provision at multiple community locations. Responsibilities include managing PFI contracts, working closely with PFI providers and Trust stakeholders, and deputising for the Director of PFI Service Delivery when required.
Key duties also involve developing and executing policies and strategies to ensure soft FM services align with regulatory requirements and standards, continuously monitoring and amending them as necessary. The postholder will ensure services are delivered in line with contractual KPIs, quality standards, statutory compliance, and aligned with Trust objectives and values, supporting patient safety and experience.
Additionally, the postholder will be responsible for the in‑house facilities teams that operate across the Trust community estate, including the provision of catering services, ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards, and compiling auditable records for all services delivered.
