What does this role look like?
Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll be responsible for:
* Employee IT Support
o Provide 1st line IT support to employees across multiple sites.
o Handling and resolving IT queries, from filtering and distribution to actioning support requests.
o Providing first line support for CRM and other business-critical applications.
o Writing technical support guides for technicians and user consumption.
o Collaborating with third-party IT suppliers to implement and optimize solutions.
* Hardware Management
o Managing hardware across multiple locations and ensuring users are equipped with the tools they need.
The successful candidate will have:
* Technical Skills
o Experience supporting and administering 365 infrastructure and applications.
o Experience supporting Mac, iOS and Android devices.
* Qualifications & Experience
o A degree in Computer Science or a similar analytical/numerate subject.
o At least one year of experience in a technical support role.
o Experience improving business processes using technology solutions.
* Attributes
o Adaptable, logical thinker with a can-do attitude.
o Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
o Proactive and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
o Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Where will I be working?
We are looking for someone to be based out of our Whiteley or London office, offering hybrid working that includes 3 days in the office and the remainder at home. We’re incredibly flexible with work patterns.
Benefits
The salary is between £25,000-28,000pa depending on experience, alongside 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection and a pension. Access to our flexible benefits platform is also provided. The role is 37.5 hours per week between 8.30‑5.30pm.
