Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate and committed Support Workers to join their team and provide care and support to clients with brain and spinal injuries. The role involves working nights to support the clients' independence and wellbeing. Main duties of the job
As a Spinal Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and person-centered care to clients with brain and spinal injuries. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the clients. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. The role requires a caring nature, a passion for supporting independence, and ideally some experience in complex care. Training and ongoing support will be provided. About us
