Senior Accounts Payable – Overview
A hands-on role supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function within a busy finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Process high volumes of purchase invoices
* Post and allocate payments, resolving outstanding items
* Maintain supplier accounts and manage queries
* Perform supplier statement reconciliations
* Support cash management activities
* Assist with month-end close
* Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes
* Support general finance reporting as required
* Assist with payment runs
Key Requirements
* Strong Accounts Payable
* Good Excel skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
