This position will involve preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear financial insight.

Key Responsibilities
* Management Accounting: Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
* Financial Planning: Assist clients with budgeting and forecasting to support effective financial management.
* Financial Analysis: Provide variance analysis and insightful performance commentary to guide client decision-making and improve outcomes.
* Cross-Practice Collaboration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounts throughout the year to enable an efficient and seamless year-end process.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering reliable reporting and high-quality financial analysis that adds tangible value.
* Software & Systems Expertise: Utilise and support clients with cloud-based accounting platforms and reporting tools to produce tailored financial reports and forecasts, offering meaningful insights aligned with each client’s business goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, share best practices across the team, and embrace digital solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.
