The Role As Subject Lead Of Geography, You Will Lead, motivate and support a committed team of teachers. Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the department. Ensure student progress through high expectations, data-driven strategies and targeted interventions. Keep the curriculum fresh, ambitious and responsive to national developments. Inspire students of all abilities to achieve their potential and develop a passion for Geography. Provide enrichment opportunities, trips and extra-curricular activities that broaden horizons. About You We are looking for a colleague who is: An excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to teach across KS3–KS5. Enthusiastic about Geography and able to share that passion with students. Experienced in curriculum development, assessment and raising attainment.
