Are you caring, resilient, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? We're looking for dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our team in a warm, welcoming children's residential home in Swadlincote.

Your Role Will Involve:
* Supporting young people in their daily routines, education, and leisure activities.
* Providing emotional and practical care tailored to individual needs.
* Encouraging the development of life skills and independence.
* Creating a nurturing, structured, and safe home environment.
* Working closely with other team members and professionals.
* Being available to cover shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar role or working with children/young people (preferred but not essential).
* A calm, caring, and empathetic personality.
* Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the home.
* Team players who can also work independently.
* A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) is a bonus.
