Job Title: Construction Agent
Location: Site-based (nationwide travel required)
Reporting to: Project Manager / Construction Manager
Role Purpose
The Construction Agent coordinates and manages construction activities, ensuring project delivery meets contract requirements, quality standards, and deadlines. The Construction Agent will travel nationwide to monitor progress and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Construction Agent, you will:
Coordinate construction activities on multiple sites
Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
Inspect work and resolve issues on site promptly
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Travel nationwide to oversee multiple projects
Skills & Experience
Experience in construction project coordination or site management
Knowledge of civil engineering processes and construction standards
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
Flexible and willing to travel nationwide
Proven ability as a Construction Agent to manage multiple sites effectively
Qualifications
HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent experience in civil engineering or construction
