As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager in executing end-to-end marketing activities, from initiation to evaluation, engaging specific audiences and driving positive commercial outcomes.
You will define, brief, deliver, and measure the impact of multi-channel activities across paid, owned, and earned media, using the AIDA model to engage specific audiences within geographic hotspots via an EBS way of working.
You will support key business decisions related to marketing activities and make recommendations to improve performance.
Main responsibilities of the role
* Full Funnel Delivery: Responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing activities within budget, adhering to E.ON brand guidelines and timelines, aligned with our strategy and commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with the GtM team to ensure an integrated approach and implement cost-effective activities that deliver positive ROI.
* Creative Execution: Deliver briefs, contribute expertise to the creative process, and work with digital and creative agencies to produce compelling communications that resonate with target audiences, supporting the regional GtM marketing plan.
* Performance Management: Track full funnel performance from brand awareness to lead generation, ensuring commercial value outcomes. Use insights to adapt and improve future activities.
* Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
* Market and Competitor Landscape: Monitor market and competitor dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
* Compliance: Ensure all communications comply with regulatory guidelines and are clear for audiences.
