FLT Counterbalance Drivers Wanted – Long-Term Opportunity in Trafford Park
Aspired Talent is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client based in Trafford Park for multiple experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers with accredited licences only (in-house licences are not accepted).

What’s on offer:
Competitive pay rates between £13.50 – £15.69 per hour
Additional £0.50 per hour attendance bonus
Overtime available
Enhanced rates: time and a half and double pay on bank holidays
Structured training blocks provided at the start
Secure, ongoing work with consistent scheduling
Shift Pattern:
4 on / 6 off rotation
2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts
Requirements:
Valid, externally accredited FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
Previous FLT Counterbalance experience preferred
Ability to complete an on-site induction and assessment
Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
