These events are far from traditional conferences — they unite top-tier brands, social media influencers, bloggers, and major ecommerce players, creating a vibrant and high-impact environment.

* Write and review compelling, on-brand marketing copy for various promotional materials.
* Leverage business intelligence, customer insights, and industry data to shape campaign direction.
* Own all marketing performance reporting – from weekly KPIs and forecasting to post-event analysis and recommendations.
* Manage the campaign budget and suggest cost-effective strategies for growth.
* Stay on top of industry trends and identify tools and innovations that support strategic objectives.
* Ensure all campaigns are rooted in customer data, feedback, and research.
* Stay engaged with industry developments through events, articles, podcasts, and webinars.

* Deep knowledge of marketing best practices across email, social, paid media, websites, chatbots, and more.
* Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, especially for direct response marketing.
* Demonstrated experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
* Outstanding project management skills; organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics and data interpretation.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction.
* Critical thinker and creative problem solver with a drive to understand "why."
* Experience with leading marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Sprout Social, landing page platforms).
