Pay rate: £26.00 per hour (Umbrella) | £20.93 per hour (PAYE, excluding holiday pay)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work within the NHS on a temporary agency contract.
Responsibilities
* Provide mental health assessments and interventions to service users in the community.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
* Monitor, review, and evaluate care plans, ensuring effective delivery of services.
* Support individuals in managing their mental health and promoting recovery.
Requirements
* Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
* Previous experience working as a CPN or in a similar role.
* Ability to manage a caseload and work independently in the community.
