What Does a Project Manager Do?
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and delivering small, medium, and large:scale investment projects. You will collaborate with cross:functional stakeholders, manage contractors, and oversee project planning, execution, and handover. A key part of the role is ensuring that downtime is minimized and customer commitments are maintained during implementation. You will also develop formal project justifications (PARs), facilitate team communications, and champion best practices in project management.
