Phoenix Fitted Furniture is a small, family-run company creating bespoke fitted furniture. We're looking for a friendly, organised Admin Assistant to join our team and help keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and directing them as needed
* Basic payroll tasks
* Raising purchase orders
* Checking delivery notes and invoices
* Recording holiday leave and sickness
* General admin duties
* (Optional) Training to produce CAD drawings and quotations
What We Offer
* Salary: £10.00 – £13.00 per hour (depending on age and experience)
* 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
* Supportive, family-run working environment
* Hours:
* Mon–Thurs: 8:00am – 4:45pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
* Possible flexible working hours available
