UNIFI is the specialist B2B marketing division of ROI Automotive, a well‑established agency working with leading automotive brands across the UK. Following significant client growth, including a major new win, we’re now investing further in our campaign capability. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to help shape how we deliver high‑performing B2B campaigns as we continue to scale, while retaining a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.

We’re now looking for a B2B Campaign Strategy & Performance Director to lead campaign strategy, creative direction and performance across our growing client portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Develop B2B demand generation and capture strategies aligned to client objectives and commercial KPIs.
* Define campaign and creative approaches, including channels, formats and content types.
* Create campaign frameworks that balance brand, demand creation and capture based on audience maturity.
* Translate strategy into clear messaging hierarchies, KPIs and delivery plans.
* Produce cost‑sized, refined and presented strategies to clients in partnership with senior stakeholders.
* Take overall ownership of campaign delivery across assigned accounts.
* Convert briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams.
* Provide strong creative direction across LinkedIn, paid social, email marketing, thought leadership, white papers, website and landing page content.
* Review and approve creative concepts, copy and assets prior to activation.
* Interrogate campaign data to assess performance against agreed KPIs.
* Identify opportunities to optimise creative, messaging, channels and formats.
* Work closely with Data & Insight specialists to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
* Feed learnings back into future campaign strategy and content planning.
* Partner with marketing automation specialists on nurture journeys, segmentation and workflows.
* Ensure campaigns capture intent and convert in‑market audiences into sales‑ready opportunities.
* Manage a small delivery team (two direct reports) with oversight of in‑house and freelance specialists.
* Set standards for campaign planning, delivery and quality control.
* Support team development through clear direction, feedback and leadership.
* Improve efficiency through better processes, tooling and ways of working.
* Act as a centre of excellence for B2B campaign best practice across UNIFI.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in senior B2B marketing delivery roles.
* Strong agency background delivering high‑performing B2B demand generation and capture campaigns.
* Proven expertise in creating and scaling effective B2B content strategies.
* Deep understanding of which channels drive return at different stages of the buyer journey.
* Experience leading integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, content and automation.
* Confident briefing and managing creatives, media specialists and automation experts.
* A calm, methodical operator with director‑level credibility.
* Performance‑focused, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Automotive B2B Experience Is Desirable, But Not Essential.
