The Role
The overall purpose of the role is to provide world-class customer experiences while representing a leading premium car manufacturer. You will deliver a tailored, professional service across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing a friendly, professional and personalised service with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Handling all customer interactions promptly and knowledgeably, in line with agreed quality standards.
Engaging with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements and delivering a world-class experience.
Providing a value-added service that enhances the customer journey and strengthens the brand reputation.
Capturing, maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer data.
Corresponding with rescue workers and supporting customers in emergency situations where required.
Highlighting and escalating issues or potential risks in a timely and appropriate manner.
Working towards agreed KPIs and service levels while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Customer Service Advisor
The Candidate
You will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
Significant experience in a busy customer service environment, ideally within automotive, hospitality, travel/leisure or emergency services.
Previous contact centre experience delivering excellent customer service (advantageous).
A passion for delivering first-class customer experiences and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong social and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence and a warm, helpful and positive approach.
Good listening and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Dynamic, proactive, confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Affinity for a premium car manufacturer, the automotive industry and future technologies.
Good technical understanding and proficient computer literacy, including CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to remain calm and resilient in emergency or high-pressure situations.
Strong team player with a high degree of reliability, flexibility and willingness to support colleagues.
Comfortable dealing with customers from different countries; geographical and traffic regulation knowledge is an advantage.
Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends.
Ability to work from home after completing the training period.
