Chef de Partie – Full Time
Location: Open Arms Hotel, Dirleton, East Lothian
Rate of Pay: £14.88
Annual Pay: £30,950
Hours: Full Time (40 hours a week)
We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about food, eager to develop their skills, and ready to deliver consistently high standards in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
What you'll do:
• Prepare and cook dishes across your designated section to a high standard
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with menu preparation, daily specials, and service delivery
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and stock rotation standards
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team spirit
