The successful Deputy Manager will have at least 1 year of experience managing a busy bar, nightclub, or similar venue, with a proven track record of running a lively, high:energy environment. As these venues thrive late into the night, the role is primarily night:time focused, with daytimes reserved for special events. Expect shifts that cover late nights and weekends : perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic, social work atmosphere.
