As an Apprentice People Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver great colleague experiences across the entire employee journey. From employee relations and performance to engagement and day-to-day support, you’ll get involved in real HR work that makes a real impact. You’ll also learn the ins and outs of HR systems, get to grips with the basics of employment law, and provide first-line support to managers and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:
Provide first-line HR support to managers and colleagues on topics like absence, conduct, and probation, with mentor guidance.
Assist the People Partner with ER case prep, taking meeting notes, and maintaining confidential records.
Help with probation, internal changes, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
Enter data into SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with legal and internal record-keeping standards.
Support engagement initiatives like Employee of the Month and feedback surveys.
Contribute to People projects (e.g., onboarding, culture transformation) and suggest process improvements.
Assist with audits and compliance checks, ensuring everything is done right.
Commit to studying for your CIPD Level 3 or 5, applying your learning to real-world HR practice.

Confidence communicating with people at all levels, and comfortable asking questions or offering ideas

Familiarity with Microsoft tools like Excel, Outlook, and Teams however experience with HR systems or databases is a bonus
Basic understanding of employee rights, or a strong interest in learning more
