A unique opportunity for Residential Property Paralegals
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ solid experience in residential conveyancing who is eager to transition into commercial property work. Full support, training and hands-on development will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
* Assisting with drafting and reviewing commercial property documents (leases, licences, title documents).
* Managing parts of your own caseload under supervision.
* Conducting property searches, due diligence and title investigations.
* Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors and external stakeholders.
* Supporting senior lawyers while developing your commercial property expertise.
About you
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in property work (residential or commercial).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
* Excellent communication and client-handling capabilities.
* Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to progress within a growing team.
