A leading UK specialist in the design and installation of temperature‑controlled, hygienic, and fire‑rated environments is expanding due to a strong pipeline of work and continued growth. With a full order book and projects secured well into the future, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects across the M4 corridor, ensuring delivery is on time, to specification, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing up to 6 projects simultaneously, typically valued between £100k-£500k
Spending around 3 days per week visiting sites across the region so travel is required
Working from the Bristol office for the remainder of the week
Overseeing subcontracted works and managing Site Managers on larger schemes
Ensuring compliance with project programmes, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsExperience Required
Experience in any of the following specialist environments is highly advantageous:
Fire‑rated walls
Cold stores / cold rooms
Cleanrooms
External/internal claddingGeneral fit‑out or specialist construction experience will also be considered especially if you have had hands on experience
