Responsibilities
* Work across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery.
* Produce detailed design, technical drawings, and construction information.
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
* Attend client and design team meetings as required.
* Lead projects from initial client brief and concept design through to completion. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Prepare and develop design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications. Manage planning applications, building regulations, and statutory approvals.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across a variety of sectors.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working on projects in the UK/Ireland.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proven post-qualification experience within a professional architectural practice.
* Proficiency in relevant design and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
* Experience working as an Architectural Technician or Technologist.
* BIM experience.
