Title: Brand Marketing Intern - Activations

Working Pattern: 39hours per week; Mon-Fri (4 days in office)

Rate: £12.71ph
The role
Reporting to and working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of brand activations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty and experiential marketing, with an interest in bringing campaigns to life through events, pop-ups, and in-store experiences.
* Support the planning and coordination of marketing activations, including pop-ups, in-store events, and brand experiences
* Assist with timelines, budgets, and logistics for campaigns and events
* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, venues, and external partners
* Help develop creative concepts for activations aligned with brand identity
* Coordinate product samples, merchandising, and event materials
* Assist with on-the-day event setup, execution, and breakdown
* Capture content (photo/video) during activations for social media use as required
* Track performance and gather feedback from activations to support reporting
* Research trends in beauty activations, experiential marketing, and competitors
What we're looking for
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field
* Strong interest in the beauty industry and brand experiences
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to be hands-on during events (including occasional evenings /weekends)
Desirable, but not essential:
* Previous experience in events, retail, or promotions
* Creative thinking with an eye for branding and aesthetics
* Familiarity with social media content creation
* Basic understanding of budgeting and project coordination
