A leading technology business specialising in CRM and ERP solutions is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive their ambitious growth phase and lead a comprehensive rebrand. The position will lead the marketing strategy and manage a team of four. This is a critical position where youll shape brand positioning, drive demand generation across multiple acquisition streams, and ensure measurable campaign impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth objectives Oversee campaign performance through direct reports, defining KPIs and driving ROI Lead comprehensive rebrand from positioning through to market rollout Drive demand generation across problem-aware, solution-aware, and existing customer segments What Were Looking For Senior B2B tech marketing experience Proven track record of delivering marketing strategy that drives measurable growth Experience leading rebrands or significant brand repositioning with commercial impact Strong leadership skills managing both creative and analytical team members Excellent stakeholder engagement and senior-level presentation skills Familiarity with marketing platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEO) Highly competitive package.
