The Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales activities and build a strong client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a "hunter" mentality to make a significant impact in a growing company. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly within the food service sector.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets.
* Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major route-to-market customers (e.g., Bidfood, Brakes).
* Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
* Represent Earthwise Bottling at industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.


About You

The ideal candidate will be a tenacious and driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in the drinks industry. You will be a natural business developer with the ability to open doors and build lasting partnerships.


Essential Experience and Skills

* A minimum of 7 years of sales experience overall, of which 5 years should have been within the drinks industry (e.g., water, soft drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages).
* Recent experience working in the food service sector, managing major route-to-market customers like Bidfood, Brakes, etc.
* Demonstrable success in a business development or new client acquisition role, with a strong "hunter" mentality.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passionate about the drinks industry and driven to exceed targets.


What We Offer

* Base salary of £50,000 with £10,000 on target bonus
