About the apprenticeship
Duties
•Primary contact for all customer support calls and emails
•Customer support and troubleshooting 1st line
•Assisting with client and internal projects
•Undertake general admin duties
•Assist in other aspects of business where necessary
Additional information
•Monday to Friday
•Expected 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications
•Have grade C/4 or above in English and maths GCSE (or equivalent), or Functional Skills Level 2•Excellent telephone manner
•Strong customer focus
•Ability to work well within a team environment
•Keen to develop and progress
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
