About the Role As a Team Manager, you’ll oversee a remote team of multi-skilled tradespeople, ensuring efficient delivery of housing maintenance services. Responsibilities include recruitment, induction, performance management and driving service improvements. This is a key leadership role in our repairs and maintenance division, ideal for professionals with experience in construction management and property maintenance. What We’re Looking For: * Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent experience in construction or maintenance * NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or willingness to obtain) * Experience managing remote teams and promoting a safe, inclusive working culture * Strong understanding of building maintenance and Health & Safety legislation * Proven track record in budget management, procurement, and contractor oversight * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Experience in social housing repairs or working with a Registered Provider View the full role profile for more details.
