The Regional Globalization Manager is an account-based leadership role focused on delivering high-quality globalization services for assigned clients. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proven track record managing multi-regional or global client accounts, demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication and international strategic planning.
Bilingual proficiency highly preferred.
Oversee and execute comprehensive client onboarding processes for localization and globalization initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions between global, regional, and local services.
Develop and implement regional globalization frameworks that effectively address market-specific nuances, regulatory compliance, and cultural sensitivities.
Advise and support the globalization team regarding timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting for projects.
Manage client billing processes and collaborate with Finance to deliver accurate monthly billing reports.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial and project performance reports to clients.
Implement client satisfaction follow-up initiatives and surveys to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify and cultivate opportunities for new business development and account growth.
Initiate and participate in research and testing for new technologies, integrations, and workflow improvements.
Identify and address team training needs, fostering continuous professional growth.
