The Opportunity
You’ll begin by working directly on live sales and marketing campaigns, representing well-known UK brands such as British Gas and EE. From day one, you’ll be engaging with customers, learning how campaigns operate, and understanding how performance drives growth.
As you develop, your role will expand into leadership, coordination, and strategic involvement — giving you the tools to manage teams and contribute to business development.
This is a salaried trainee role with performance incentives, offering both stability and a transparent route into management.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver and support sales and marketing campaigns in customer-facing environments
* Represent established brands professionally and confidently
* Develop communication and influencing skills through daily interaction
* Track performance and understand how results are measured and improved
* Work alongside experienced managers to gain insight into operations and strategy
* Take on increasing responsibility, including mentoring and team support
Structured Progression Pathway
Your development is clear, structured, and performance-led:
Stage 1 – Foundations
Build core skills in sales, communication, and campaign delivery.
Stage 2 – Ownership
Take responsibility for results and contribute directly to performance.
Stage 3 – Leadership Development
Support team members, mentor new starters, and assist with coordination.
Stage 4 – Management Progression
Progress into roles such as Team Leader, Campaign Manager, or Business Development Executive.
Who We’re Looking For
* Recent graduates within the last 3 years are welcome to apply
* Strong communicators with a proactive and goal-driven mindset
* Individuals motivated by progression and performance
* Comfortable in fast-paced, people-focused environments
* Background in sports, retail, hospitality, or team-based environments is beneficial but not essential
