Role Overview The Corporate Marketing Director leads centralized marketing functions across brand, communications, digital experience, and a globally coordinated tradeshow program, ensuring consistent strategy, process, and performance standards across geographies and targeted customer personas.
This role is accountable for shaping and executing persona-based marketing strategies that reflect customer needs and drive measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing team overseeing global tradeshows, media relations, and corporate communications, establishing clear OKRs and standardized processes.
Define and execute the global tradeshow strategy as the cornerstone of corporate marketing, aligning event selection, pre-show planning, messaging, and day-of execution with commercial priorities and sales team engagement.
Partner with Product and Growth Marketing Directors to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistent messaging across all channels.
Brand & Communications Oversee brand positioning, media relations, and other external communications to strengthen corporate reputation and awareness.
Direct global PR and industry thought leadership strategy, including proactive media outreach, industry engagement, and reputation management.
Tradeshows (Core Focus) Lead the global tradeshow program as a core marketing function—owning strategy, process, and performance management across regions.
Oversee planning, logistics, and partnerships/sponsorships to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
Apply data-driven insights and AI-enabled process improvements to evaluate and enhance event ROI, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
Qualifications 8+ years in leadership B2B marketing roles, with experience in brand, communications, and event coordination.
1. 3+ years of experience in event management, including close collaboration with sales teams and oversight of physical logistics.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven performance improvement, particularly related to event ROI.
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
