Role
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to help develop and execute strategic plans. This will range from P&L responsibility, hiring and onboarding new team members, and implementing improved policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day to day management and coaching of teams.
* Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans.
* Responsible for Profit and Loss alongside finance teams.
* Meet with the board of directors to share updates and progress reports.
