What you'll be doing You'll play a vital role in supporting and leading the commercial delivery of long-term contracts and competitively tendered client projects. From managing contract set-up and scope changes to advising on NEC3/NEC4 contracts, you'll help drive compliance, commercial performance and profitability across a varied portfolio. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, planners, subcontractors and suppliers - building strong relationships and ensuring projects stay commercially on track. What we're looking for We're looking for a commercially astute professional with: Proven quantity surveying experience Strong understanding of commercial contract management Experience in a client-led construction/project environment Great communication, negotiation and analytical skills The ability to work with autonomy and confidence Professional membership or qualifications in RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar (desirable) Why join us?
