Are you our next Care Team Leader? Here’s more about the role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day needs of our residents, demonstrating compassion, care, and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all dedicated to ensuring our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

What skills do I need?
* Teamwork! A happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home
* Experience in care is essential; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach
* Genuine kindness and a real liking for older people and their needs, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity
