A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a premium food business manufacturing high quality products to a multitude of major retail and foodservice customers across the UK and Europe.
Due to the business’ continued growth they seek to recruit a dynamic, driven and Senior Commercial Manager to drive forward a core grocery retail account
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for;
* Managing the commercial relationship with a portfolio of top grocery accounts
* Delivering sales, profit and overhead targets as well initiating and implementing sales strategies to grow and build on the existing accounts.
* Delivering profitable growth through the development of innovative promotions, comprehensive category initiatives and effective account planning
* Securing new business opportunities within targeted sectors
The Person;
* You will have previous experience and knowledge gained of managing and driving growth of Top 4 grocery accounts within the food industry
* Experience of working with meat products is essential
* NPD knowledge and a track record of developing new ranges of products for the retail channel
* Able to demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation ability, you will thrive on dealing with customers at all levels.
