About the role

In this role, you will liaise with new and existing customers, handling onboarding, renewals, and retentions. You will use our unique selling points and competitive prices to onboard customers to UTP. You will also liaise with existing customers nearing the end of their agreement to offer further products and ensure they remain customers. To be successful, you need to be resilient, have strong problem-solving skills, and enjoy talking to people.


What you’ll do

* Renew existing customers and offer support.
* Liaise with customers to ensure they are happy with our services.
* Provide solutions to existing customers to retain business.
* Quote potential new customers to generate new business for UTP.
* Work both individually and as part of the team to hit KPIs.


This role is perfect for you if you have

* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* High standard of customer service in challenging situations
