Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care tailored to babies’ individual needs
* Support early development through age-appropriate activities
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
* Communicate effectively with parents and the wider team
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
* At least 2 years’ experience working with babies
* Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
* Warm, patient, and attentive approach
