Responsibilities
* Maintaining AS9100 and ISO9001 quality system requirements across the business, including inspection activities
* Reviewing and auditing operating procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance, producing associated reportsChampioning continuous improvement activity and identifying potential areas for improvement across manufacturing
* Releasing conforming product in line with customer requirements, including Certificates of Conformance
* Participating in new product introduction (NPI), development projects, and failure investigations
Experience
* A minimum of three years' experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Engineer, ideally within aerospace
* Solid working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 quality systems
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently
* Knowledge of sheet metal, composites, mechanical assemblies, and manufacturing methods
* HNC or HND qualified, or time-served with a recognised apprenticeship
