Designate Role willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per Week:39 hoursShift pattern:Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.Salary:Up to£31,600 per annum

TheRole
As an Assistant Store Manager Designate,youlltravel between different stores in your area,supportingwhereyoureneeded most.Itsa great wayto meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. Youwontbe on the move forever though—this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.
Day to dayyoullwork alongside the store manager to:
* Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
* Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
* Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
* Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
About you
* Bringing fresh ideas from yourpreviousexperience inretail management, ideally 1+ years
* Passion for customer service & sales.
* Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional)
* This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
