We are looking for a team member to join our Administration team to provide ongoing support in key areas of the business.
Your main objective will be to contribute to administrative activities, liaising with customers, suppliers and staff.
Key Tasks:
* Answering phones, and other general admin tasks in a busy environment.
* Managing the Accounts, including receivables and payables, invoicing and payroll using XERO bookkeeping software.
* Daily banking, handling cash.
* Updating company documentation and databases as required.
* Working with our Inventory software system – DEAR Inventory.
Selection Criteria:
* Strong experience with bookkeeping and data entry using XERO.
* Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
* Previous experience in small business bookkeeping.
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Outstanding organisational skills and keen eye for detail.
* Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and autonomously.
* A strong focus on customer service and ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately.
* Excellent level of English Language both verbal and written.
