* Location: Launceston, Cornwall
* Salary: Up to £12,500 per session (DOE)
* Sessions: 4–8 sessions per week (flexible)

* List size of approximately 10,000 patients
* EMIS clinical system
* Low home visit rate, supported by a paramedic team
* Multidisciplinary team including ANPs, pharmacists, and social prescribers
* Dedicated admin and management support
* Weekly clinical meetings and regular CPD sessions
* Training practice with involvement in teaching and mentorship if desired
* Modern, purpose-built premises with free on-site parking
