Development Opportunity The Board of Trustees wish to provide opportunity for a Lunchtime Organiser. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of our school team. The post holder will be initially based at Norden Primary Academy. The successful candidates will have: Experience of interacting with children Ability to work under supervision and as a member of a team Interpersonal skills to communicate well with children and to command attention Ability to be flexible and to work on own initiative within school guidelines Understanding of safeguarding and recognising the importance of ensuring a secure and safe environment for pupils The Harmony Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all our staff to share this commitment.
