Are you highly organised, great with people, and ready to play a key role in exciting engineering projects? We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our team and help keep things running smoothly.
In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and colleagues across different offices, supporting large and complex projects from start to finish. From managing budgets and tracking progress to coordinating deadlines, you'll be right at the centre of the action.

What you'll do:
* Provide day-to-day project admin support (meetings, files, documentation, invoicing)
* Handle enquiries, project set-ups, and general office support
* Assist with bid documents and monthly reporting
* Act as the go-to person for admin, facilities and team support
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' admin experience in a busy office
* 5 GCSEs (A–C) including Maths and English
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple priorities
* A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
