Opportunity to influence reliability and continuous improvement The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, youll be responsible for: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reactive breakdown support on production equipment Mechanical & electrical fault finding Maintenance of conveyors, motors, drives, gearboxes and associated plant Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with HSE and environmental standards Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime This is a plant-led role where uptime genuinely matters. What Were Looking For Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification Electrically competent (17th / 18th Edition desirable) Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing / FMCG / industrial plant Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, gearboxes or process equipment Comfortable working in reactive breakdown environments Team-focused with a hands-on, get the job done mentality This is not facilities maintenance its a true industrial production environment.
