We’re looking for a proactive and driven Technical Field Manager to join our agricultural team. In this role, you’ll work across chicken and turkey operations to challenge current practices and drive improvements in bird health, welfare, performance, and environmental sustainability.
This is a varied, field-based role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in agriculture or animal welfare, who thrives on delivering continuous improvement across farming operations.
What You'll Do
1. Manage and analyse weekly performance data
2. Trigger and lead investigations
3. Conduct chick start surveys and chair broiler outcome meetings
4. Champion water hygiene
5. Complete farm assessments and deliver workshops
6. Reduce reject levels by identifying and addressing root causes
7. Lead cleaning and disinfection surveys
8. Deliver Future of Welfare and Compliance workshops
9. Support farms with welfare KPI delivery and ongoing improvement
10. Work closely with production teams to ensure protocols and procedures are implemented and followed
11. Engage external partners to support continuous and transformational improvement
