The Opportunity
* Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and processing orders efficiently and accurately.
Hourly Pay
* £11.64 per hour
Contract Type
* Permanent
* Part-time
* On Call Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 15 hours per week
The working hours are within Saturday-Sunday, between 07:00-18:00. You will receive 2 weeks’ notice of your working hours each week.

Your Impact
As an Orderline Representative, you will be the friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service, promoting products, and building customer loyalty. You will work as part of a team to meet performance targets and will undergo a two-week training program to prepare you for the role.
Remote Working Approach
Initially, the role requires a minimum of three months onsite. Post-probation, flexible working arrangements may be discussed.
